Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@varebrand.shop.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).

How to Start a Return
